We used a travel site to book this hotel and were happy with our stay. The location is excellent only ten minutes from the beach and a few minutes from the state park. The inn was in quite neighborhood that was the best.

We have been staying at this lovely Santa Cruz Mountain Hotel for years. They recently renovated all of the rooms, and they are very nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the Deluxe Continental Breakfast is great. It was very nice to have complimentary coffee and tea available during office hours. Everything was just really good.

The entire staff is very nice and courteous here. I will definitely return to this great redwood retreat. The people at the desk are very nice and make you feel welcome. They are renovating their rooms and doing a good job, but it’s a slow process. Ask for a new room you will be glad you did.

The hotel was very friendly, and they really tried to add a personal touch to my stay. The front desk even remembered my name, and helped me with getting tickets to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. They even offered advice and gave directions and parking tips. They treat you like you matter and it is conveniently located. It is safe and there are good restaurants nearby. This is probably my favorite hotel. I have recommended it to others.

This redwood resort located near Santa Cruz, CA is the perfect getaway! It is located along Highway 9 and is within walking distance to Downtown Ben Lomond. The rooms have coffee and a fridge, which my wife and I used throughout our weekend vacation getaway. Shower and bathroom very comfortable. I found this hotel to be adequate for my needs. The room overall was very clean and neat. Great hotel for the price!!!! Bath room clean and nice. They have a pool and picnic is which was very clean, and nice. Will come back next time for sure!!!!

This was a lovely stay in a most pleasing environment. The hotel was clean and they try very hard to make you comfortable and satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet vacation stay in Santa Cruz, CA.

My Family and I checked in for a night because we were heading to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk 100 year celebrations. We just needed a place to put our stuff down and crash after seeing all the celebrations and fireworks. The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is just a few short miles away, so it is the perfect location for a vacation getaway. We checked in at 2pm on a Friday, and were pleased to find the there was a pool, and some cafe’s within a few blocks to get coffee. The room was clean, good water pressure in the shower, and very friendly staff. Not bad for the price, and definitely better then some of the hotels by the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
